BOOKING POLICIES

• A confirmation text will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. No confirmation = No appointment.

• A non-refundable $30 booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your remaining balance.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment via Zelle only.

• No extra guests or children are permitted due to limited space and liability.

• If you have any allergies, please contact me before booking your appointment.

ARRIVAL

Please allow yourself extra travel time and time to find parking to ensure you arrive on time. If this is your first time visiting my location, I recommend looking up the address on Google Maps the day before your appointment to avoid delays.

There is a 9-minute grace period. At 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.

If I choose to accommodate a late arrival, a $15 late fee and $15 inconvenience fee will apply. The full service amount plus the $30 in fees must be paid upfront via Zelle before the service begins. No exceptions.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

• Reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment.

• After two reschedules, a new non-refundable deposit is required.

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel your appointment.

• If I cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be refunded via Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Please allow up to 72 hours for the refund to post to your account.

ADDITIONAL FEES

• Before or after-hours appointments: $15 inconvenience fee

• Sunday appointments: Additional $25

• To ensure availability, same-day appointments must be booked before 12:00 AM.

LASH ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Please inspect your lashes before leaving your appointment. If you have any concerns regarding the fullness, length, or overall appearance of your lash set, you must notify me within 24 hours of your appointment and include clear photos.

Any approved adjustments must be completed within the 24-hour correction window. Concerns reported after 24 hours will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.
